Staining summary
Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate nucleolar positivity. Additional cytoplasmic and membranous staining was exhibited in intestinal glands. Heart and skeletal myocytes along with megakaryocytes showed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Cells of CNS, lymphoid cells, liver and soft tissues were negative.
