Few cases of thyroid cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Membranous positivity was observed in rare case of renal cancers. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
Weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in most cancer tissues. Few papillary adenocarcinomas of thyroid, stomach and prostate cancers were strongly stained. Gliomas and skin cancers were weakly stained or generally negative.
Most malignant tissues were weakly stained in cytoplasm and nuclei or were negative. A few cases of malignant melanomas were strongly positive. Moderate staining was found in most of the malignant lymphomas and in several cases of breast, prostate and renal cancers.
