Normal tissues generally showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity which in cases was combined with and nuclear staining. Neuronal cells, hematopoietic cells, thyroid gland and subsets of intestinal cells displayed strong positivity. The parathyroid showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity. Pneumocytes, bile duct cells, smooth muscle, glial cells and lymphoid tissue were negative.
