Strong nuclear positivity was observed in a subset of cells in seminiferus ducts of testis. Intercalated discs of heart were distinctly stained. Squamous epithelia, salivary gland, gastrointestinal tract, fallopian tube and smooth muscle cells displayed moderate luminal membranous and/or cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal cells were negative.
