Most normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Additional membranous staining was observed in squamous epithelia, placental trophoblasts, urinary bladder and small intestine. Lymphoid tissues, cells of CNS except Purkinje cells, myocytes and endometrial glands were weakly stained or negative.
