Staining summary
HPA028794 Weak to moderate nuclear staining was observed in many tissues. Glandular epithelial cells were strongly stained. Leucocytes and mesenchymal tissues were generally negative. Additional weaker cytoplasmic staining was observed in some cases.
HPA028795 Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Additional nuclear staining was observed in some cases e.g. cns, gastrointestinal tract, squamous epithelia and numerous leucocytes. Strong secreted staining was displayed by glandular cells in cervix and thyroid gland. Acrosomes in testis and vessels in spleen were also distinctly stained.
