Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Leydig cells, small intestine and a subset of cells in non-germinal center cells in lymph node and basal layer of skin showed strong positivity.

Red pulp of spleen, subset of cells in the non-germinal center of lymphoid tissues, and in bone marrow cells showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Most remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
