Staining summary
Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in Sertoli cells and the fibrous capsule that surrounds the seminiferus duct. Fractions of cells in squamous epithelia showed moderate staining. Neuronal cells exhibited moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. The remaining normal tissues were mainly negative.
