The gastrointestinal tract, exocrine pancreas, distal renal tubules, hepatocytes and subsets of cells in skeletal muscle exhibited strong cytoplasmic often granular positivity. Squamous epithelia, respiratory epithelia, urinary bladder, Purkinje cells, heart, thyroid and adrenal glands were moderately stained. Seminiferus duct cells showed additional moderate nuclear positivity. Remaining normal tissues were in general negative.
