Staining summary
Most normal tissues showed moderate nucleolar/nuclear positivity with additional cytoplasmic staining in a few cases. Strong nucleolar staining was observed in squamous epithelial cells of oral mucosa while skeletal myocytes exhibited strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Lung, bile ducts, thyroid, uterus, placental trophoblastic cells, breast, cells of CNS, hematopoietic cells and soft tissues were negative.
