Strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity was observed in gastrointestinal tract, heart muscle cells and a subset of cells in seminiferous ducts. Moderate positivity was observed in adrenocortical cells, kidney, squamous epithelia and subsets of neuronal cells. Remaining normal tissues were in general weakly stained or negative.

Moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity, with a granular pattern was observed in most normal tissues. Additional strong luminal membranous staining was displayed in small intestinal glands. Bile ducts, large intestine, placental trophoblastic cells, exocrine pancreas, lymphoid tissues and smooth muscle cells were negative.
