Strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining was observed in subsets of immune cells in several tissues including bone marrow and spleen. Gastric chief cells and decidual cells showed weak cytoplasmic positivity while testicular spermatocytes and spermatids of displayed additional weak nuclear positivity. Remaining normal tissues were in general negative.

Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Bone marrow poetic cells, prostate gland and Leydig cells in testis were strongly stained. The intestine were generally negative.
