Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Nuclear positivity was observed in renal glomeruli and seminiferous duct cells. Renal proximal tubules and Purkinje cells showed strong positivity. Prostate, heart, smooth muscle, spleen, most lymphoid cells, cervical and uterine glands were weakly stained or negative.
