Staining summary
HPA045634 Megakaryocytes in bone marrow and subsets of cells in lymphoid tissues displayed moderate to strong strong cytoplasmic positivity. Kidney, lung, intestinal tract, adrenal gland and seminiferus ducts displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining, often in a granular pattern. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
HPA053812 A subset of lymphoid tissue, colon, skeletal muscle cells and decidual cells displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Moderate positivity was observed in breast, chondrocytes, stomach, testis and smooth muscle cells. Moderate nuclear staining was displayed in heart muscle cells. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
