Staining summary
HPA044999 Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Additional nuclear staining was displayed in squamous epithelia. Small intestine showed strong luminal membranous staining. Liver, placental trophoblastic cells, glial cells, lymphoid cells, skeletal and heart myocytes were negative.
CAB018558 Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional nuclear staining was observed in subtypes of squamous epithelial cells whereas glandular cells in gastro-intestinal tract showed additional membranous staining. Strong staining was observed in the seminiferous ducts as well as glandular cells of prostate, colon and gall bladder.
