Staining summary
HPA043025 Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate membranous immunoreactivity with additional cytoplasmic positivity in several cases. Trophoblastic cells, astrocytes and neuropil were distinctly stained. Liver, islet cells, breast, neuronal cells, lymphoid tissues, bone marrow, ovarian and endometrial stroma were negative.
HPA048638 Strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity in most glandular epithelia often accentuated towards lumen. Basal cells in male genital tract were distinctly stained. CNS, lymphoid and mesenchymal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
