Most of the normal cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Pancreatic islets, urothelial cells, glial cells, Purkinje cells, spleen, prostate, non-germinal center cells, smooth and skeletal muscle cells were weakly stained or negative.

Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Exocrine glandular cells in pancreas, small intestine and gallbladder showed strong immunoreactivity. Liver, lung, renal glomeruli, glial cells, skin and soft tissues were in general negative.
