Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity. Strong staining was observed in salivary gland, placental trophoblasts and Purkinje cells. Alveolar cells, liver, pancreas, glial cells and spleen were generally negative.

Most normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Glial cells in CNS, bile ducts, soft tissues, pneumocytes, liver, spleen and renal glomeruli were weakly stained or negative.
