Squamous epithelia of cervix and esophagus displayed strong cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous positivity in oral mucosa and squamous epithelia of tonsil. Strong membranous staining was observed in heart muscle cells and vaginal epithelium. Adrenocortical cells, Purkinje cells, renal tubules, nasopharynx and testis were moderately positive. Plasma distinctly stained. Remaining normal tissues were negative.

Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Adrenal cortex and Leydig cells of testis showed strong positivity. Plasma distinctly stained. Alveoli, bile ducts, glandular cells in female genital tract, breast, glial cells, Lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
