Megakaryocytes displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Small intestine, subset of cells in seminiferus ducts of testis, endothelial cells and subset of non-germinal center cells in lymphoid tissues were moderately stained. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
Strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity was observed in lymphoid tissues. The gastrointestinal tract showed distinct cytoplasmic, membranous and nuclear staining. Most other normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
Moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity was observed in bronchus, intestinal glands, alveolar macrophages, fallopian tube, skin, lymphoid tissues along with subset of squamous epithelial cells and hematopoietic cells. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or generally negative.
