Most of the normal cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional membranous staining was observed in squamous epithelia and myoepithelial cells in breast. Respiratory epithelia, endothelial cells, adrenal gland, fibroblasts and smooth muscle cells were strongly stained. Glial cells, urothelial cells and lymphoid tissues were negative.
