Most of the normal cells showed cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Strong staining of luminal membranes was observed in the intestine along with cytoplasm in renal tubuli, cells in seminiferus ducts and smooth muscle cells. The liver, thyroid gland, pancreatic islet cells, breast, glial cells and subsets of neuronal cells were weakly stained or negative.
