Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear positivity. Strong staining was observed in gastrointestinal tract and gall bladder with additional membranous staining in subsets of renal tubules.

Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with occasional nuclear or membranous staining. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in gastrointestinal tract, gall bladder and pre-menopausal endometrial glands while subsets of renal tubules showed strong luminal membranous staining. The liver, exocrine pancreas, breast, seminiferous ducts and cells in CNS were negative.
