Staining summary
Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. The pancreatic islets, a subset of cells in the intestine, urothelial cells, Leydig cells, Purkinje cells and breast showed strong positivity. The liver and lymphoid tissues were mainly negative.
