Staining summary
Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional membranous staining was observed in squamous epithelial cells and renal tubules. Endothelial cells, fibroblasts and Leydig cells along with subset of cells in renal tubules, ovarian follicles and oral mucosa were strongly stained. Cells of CNS, lymphoid tissues and urothelial cells were negative.
