Staining summary
Purkinje cells displayed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Skeletal muscle and peripheral nerves were moderately stained. Fraction of neuronal and glial cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
