Staining summary
HPA044735 Strong nuclear positivity was displayed in cells in seminiferous ducts of testis. Remaining normal tissues were mainly negative.
HPA044757 Neuronal cells in CNS, Leydig cells, myocytes in heart, renal tubules, seminal vesicle along with few cells in adrenal cortex and decidual cells in placenta showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Cells in seminiferus ducts exhibited strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Other normal tissues were negative.
HPA046872 Glandular cells in small intestine showed strong luminal membranous staining. Subset of cells in seminiferus ducts exhibited strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Other normal tissues were negative.
HPA046987 Cells in seminiferus ducts showed strong nuclear staining. Epididymis, gall bladder, trophoblastic cells, stomach, rectum and urothelial cells displayed moderate positivity. Smooth muscle showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
