Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Intestine and neuronal cells in lateral ventricles displayed strong immunoreactivity. Lymphoid tissues, squamous epithelium, pneumocytes and skeletal muscle cells were negative.

Glandular cells of intestine displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Adrenocortical cells, esophagus, gallbladder, renal tubules, oral mucosa, stomach, testis and urothelium were moderately positive. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Gastrointestinal tract and trophoblastic cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Respiratory epithelium of nasopharynx, parathyroid and thyroid showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Red blood cells were distinctly stained. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
