Distinct and strongly stained neurons and processes in cerebral cortex. Moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in peripheral nerves, subsets of immune cells, cells in seminiferous ducts, and epithelial cells in digestive tract, respiratory tract and fallopian tube. Most other tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Subset of neuronal cells showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Gall bladder and prostate showed moderate membranous immunoreactivity. Megakaryocytes in bone marrow displayed cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal tissues were negaitve.
