A majority cells in several cases of malignant lymphomas, colorectal, breast, testicular and female genital cancers showed strong staining. Remaining malignancies showed strong staining in fractions of cells. A majority of renal, gastric and liver cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Malignant tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Few lymphomas and breast cancers showed strong immunoreactivity. Several cases of liver cancers were negative.
Most cancer displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity in a fraction of cells. Some cases of glioma, prostate and renal cancers were negative.
