Staining summary
HPA030209 A majority of glandular epithelia and neuronal cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with a granular pattern. Most squamous epithelia and lymphoid tissues were negative.
HPA030210 Epididymis and superficial layers in squamous epithelium showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Intestinal tract, thyroid, renal tubules, decidual cells and purkinje cells displayed moderate granular cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
HPA030211 Most of the normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with additional membranous and/or nucleolar positivity in few cases. Strong staining was observed in subsets of islet cells of pancreas. Squamous epithelium, urothelium, glial cells, myocytes and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
