Strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining was found in most glandular epithelia, dendritic cells of squamous epithelium, endothelium, lymphoid cells and a subset of glial cells. Endocrine cells, except adrenal gland, and mesenchymal cells were weakly stained or negative.

Cytoplasmic and membranous staining of weak to moderate intensity was observed in most normal tissues. The cytoplasmic staining often displayed a granular pattern. Muscle tissue and cells of liver and pancreas were negative.
