Most normal tissues showed moderate nuclear positivity with additional cytoplasmic staining in several cases. Alveolar macrophages, gall bladder, adrenal cortex, fallopian tube, testis and subset of renal tubules were strongly stained. Pneumocytes and glial cells were negative.

Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear positivity. Adrenal cortex and Leydig cells showed strong nuclear staining while strong membranous and cytoplasmic positivity was observed in placental trophoblastic cells. Hepatocytes, cells of CNS and non-germinal center cells were generally negative.
