Staining summary
HPA024638 Subsets of glomerular cells, bone marrow poietic, decidual and inflammatory cells showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Respiratory epithelia, stomach, and adrenal gland displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Squamous and transitional epithelia displayed distinct staining in the basement membrane. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
CAB004257 Weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity was observed in a majority of normal tissues. Strong positivity with a dot-like pattern was found in adrenal gland, parathyroid gland and thyroid gland. Distinct positivity was observed in basement membranes.
CAB078165 Distinct staining of basement membrane was observed in a majority of normal tissues. Additional moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in varying fractions of cells in a few tissues, including glandular cells in endometrium, colon and rectum.
