Normal tissues generally displayed moderate nuclear positivity which often was combined with cytoplasmic staining. Glandular cells of adrenal cortex, thyroid gland and parathyroid gland exhibited strong nuclear positivity. Purkinje cells and nerve fibers in the molecular layer were also strongly stained.

Glandular cells in gastrointestinal tract, exocrine pancreas, cells in seminiferus ducts, breast and trophoblastic cells in placenta showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
