Staining summary
HPA029761 Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. The liver, gall bladder, glial cells, placental trophoblasts and myocytes were weakly stained or negative.
HPA029762 Reaction center cells in lymphoid tissues showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity while testicular Leydig cells, ovarian follicles, epididymis and kidney tubules showed moderate staining. Remaining normal tissues were generally negative. cancers
HPA029763 Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. The red pulp of spleen, lymphoid reaction center cells and squamous epithelia in esophagus displayed strong staining. Liver, renal tubules, cells in seminiferous ducts and in CNS were weakly stained or negative.
