Staining summary
HPA019230 Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic. Strong staining was observed in respiratory epithelia, parathyroid glands and cells of seminiferous ducts. Bile duct cells, ovarian and endometrial stromal cell, reaction center cells and smooth muscle cells were negative.
HPA020260 Subsets of cells in seminiferus ducts showed strong nuclear immunoreactivity while the parathyroid gland renal tubules and cardiac myocytes exhibited distinct cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
HPA022815 Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear membrane positivity. Neuronal cells in CNS showed strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Lymphoid cells were negative.
