Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional staining of nuclear membranes in some cases. Purkinje cells, subset of hematopoietic cells and large intestine were strongly stained. The liver, pancreas, glial cells and myocytes were weakly stained or negative.

Strong cytoplasmic staining was found in almost all normal cells. Staining pattern was slight membranous in some cases. Granular staining was found in some cases e.g. in hepatocytes. Cells deepest into crypts of stomach were very strongly positive.
