Spermatogonia of testis and skin displayed a distinct moderate nuclear staining. Trophoblasts of placenta and parathyroid gland showed weak nuclear staining. Other normal tissues were generally negative or weakly stained in a small fraction of the cells.

Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear positivity. Subset of cells in seminiferus ducts of testis were strongly stained. Adrenal gland, hematopoietic cells, liver, cells of CNS, ovary and muscle and soft tissues were negative.
