Staining summary
Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in adrenal cortex, renal tubules, seminiferous duct cells and cardiac myocytes. Alveolar cells, skin, cells in CNS and spleen were negative.
