Staining summary
HPA006427 Normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity, often with a granular or dot like staining pattern or with positivity accentuated in basal or luminal position. Strongest immunoreactivity was observed in glandular epithelial. Parietal cells of stomach displayed strong positivity closest to the plasma membrane. Extracellular staining was found frequently.
HPA066538 Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Cells in liver and lateral ventricle, as wells as Purkinje cells and peripheral nerves were negative.
