Most of the normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic staining which in a few tissues was combined with nuclear positivity. Several tissues including stomach, exocrine pancreas, renal tubules, endometrial glands and neuronal cells were strongly stained. Hepatocytes, breast, glial cells and smooth muscle were weakly stained or negative.

Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Alveolar macrophages in lung and cells in red pulp of spleen showed strong immunoreactivity. Liver, trophoblasts, glial cells, adipocytes, myoepithelial cells and adrenal glands were in general negative.
