Staining summary
HPA038653 Strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity was observed in gastric glands while Leydig cells of testis, cardiac and skeletal myocytes showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Lung macrophages, liver, adrenal cortex, renal tubules and cells in seminiferus ducts displayed moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear immunoreactivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
HPA038654 Hepatocytes and renal tubules exhibited strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with a granular pattern. A subset of cells in cerebellum showed strong nuclear and cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Neuronal cells of lateral ventricle displayed moderate positivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
