Squamous epithelial cells displayed strong nucleolar staining whereas Purkinje cells and neuronal cells of hippocampus showed strong nucleolar and cytoplasmic positivity. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in renal tubules and glandular cells of cervix. Adrenocortical cells, stomach, bronchus, glandular cells of breast, gall bladder, parathyroid, intestine, Leydig cells and squamous epithelia were moderately positive. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
