Staining summary
HPA043110 Normal tissues showed weak to moderate nucleolar with additional cytoplasmic staining in many cases. Squamous epithelium of esophagus, urothelial cells and neuronal cells exhibited strong nucleolar immunoreactivity whereas respiratory epithelia and gall bladder displayed strong cytoplasmic and nucleolar staining.
HPA043574 Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional nucleolar positivity in several tissues. Neuronal cells, thyroid, glandular cells of cervix, small intestine and trophoblastic cells were strongly stained. Lymphoid tissues and mesenchymal cells were mainly negative.
