Staining summary
HPA054148 Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in outer segments of photoreceptor cells in retina. Salivary gland, esophagus, thyroid, adrenal gland, trophoblastic cells, Leydig cells and Purkinje cells showed weak to moderate nuclear positivity. A fraction of cells in large intestine displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
HPA059929 Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in photoreceptor cells and nerve fibers in outer plexiform layer in retina. Glandular cells in prostate showed weak cytoplasmic positivity. Subset of cells in exocrine pancreas displayed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Other normal tissues were negative.
