Staining summary
HPA005798 Strong nuclear staining in squamous epithelia and distinct cytoplasmic immunoreactivity in pyramidal neuronal cells and in a fraction of Leydig cells. Proximal tubules of kidney displayed strong microvillus positivity. Other normal tissues were in general negative or displayed weak staining.
HPA006420 Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity in some epithelia e.g. thyroid, parathyroid, kidney, stomach and prostate. Strong and distinct nuclear positivity in squamous and respiratory epithelia and trophoblasts of the placenta. Weak nuclear positivity in urotelium.
