Several cases of ovarian, stomach, pancreatic, cervical and colorectal cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Some cases of breast, endometrial and testicular cancers along with few cases of gliomas, prostate, urothelial and cholangiocarcinomas showed weak to moderate positivity. Remaining tissues were negative.
Several colorectal and ovarian cancers displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or membranous staining. Remaining cancer tissues were in general weakly stained or negative.
Renal cells carcinomas and few cases of pancreas, stomach and liver cancer displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Few cases of lymphomas, gliomas and urothelial cancers displayed additional weak nuclear staining. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Description
Rho GTPase activating protein 32 (HGNC Symbol)
Entrez gene summary
RICS is a neuron-associated GTPase-activating protein that may regulate dendritic spine morphology and strength by modulating Rho GTPase (see RHOA; MIM 165390) activity (Okabe et al., 2003 [PubMed 12531901]).[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008]
