A majority of tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Strong cytoplasmic and to a lesser extent nuclear positivity was observed in stomach, distal renal tubules, seminal vesicle, prostate, bone marrow hematopoietic cells, pancreatic and bile ducts. Pneumocytes showed strong membranous staining. Squamous epithelia, hepatocytes, stromal cells and the CNS were mainly negative.

A majority of the normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear positivity. Strong staining was for example observed in glandular cells of stomach, bile ducts in liver, thyroid gland and prostate. Glial cells were weakly stained or negative.
