Staining summary
HPA030888 Normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Stomach and cells in seminiferous ducts were strongly stained. The liver, kidney, glial cells, myocytes and squamous epithelia were weakly stained or negative.
HPA031671 Most normal cells showed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity in a granular pattern. Strong staining was observed in fallopian tube, breast, Leydig cells and prostate. Smooth and heart myocytes were negative.
HPA031672 Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was seen in normal tissues. Germinal centre cells, bile duct cells, skeletal myocytes, glomeruli and soft tissue were negative. Additional nuclear staining was observed in squamous epithelia.
